To eliminate purchase friction, kovarn.shop offers free returns on all eligible items within the United States. Customers are not responsible for paying return shipping fees or restocking fees. Once your return request is officially approved by our support staff, we will generate and email you a prepaid return shipping label alongside comprehensive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Process Instructions

  3. Upon verification, our team will issue a downloadable, prepaid shipping label to your email address within 24–48 business hours.
  4. Securely pack the item in its original box, attach the printed prepaid label to the exterior of the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (USPS / FedEx). Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return will strictly not be accepted.

Damages, Defective Items, and Wrong Products Received

Please inspect your package thoroughly immediately upon arrival. 10-Day Refund Processing Window

Once your returned package is received at our logistics hub and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send an email notification confirming receipt. We will notify you whether your refund has been officially approved or rejected based on the structural condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The total purchase amount will be credited automatically back to your original payment method within exactly 10 business days.
