Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST) / Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders completed before 5:00 PM will initiate processing within the active processing cycle. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday morning.
Tracking Your Package

Addressing Anomalies & Wrong Information
